I really enjoyed this game and liked the concept. I felt that the music was a really good choice but could have sped up to increase the intensity of the game. I liked the visual of the game and how animated the player was when running. I like the contrast of colours from the background to the falling pieces of lava.

My main issues with the game were taht at certain points of the game some of the platforms were too far apart to jump across to, I felt that the mist chasing you was a nice touch but could have gotten progressivly faster as the game went on and I also would have liked a pick up sound for when collecting fossils.

Hello John, I like the visuals of the game not as pixels but as what each graphics depict- like the dark smoke, lava, all realistic which makes an educating scenery with a nice storyline... I also like the animals being bright colour- it helps for ease of identification. However, I agree with Ralph, regarding some of the platforms being too far apart. I think that the platform distances also add to the difficulty of the game. That thunderous noise- I love it- it is so realistic in volcanic scenery.  Anino

This game is really good, it has great elements of an infinite runner and a platformer which is cool to see. The music in the game fits the whole pixel style as it gives me a nostalgic feeling of the classic music heard in early pixel games. The level design is great too, although sometimes when I started the game I was stuck between platforms, this could be an issue with the players collider or bad luck RNG. Other things I liked about the game was the animation, however, i feel like an idle animation would have been cool as in some moments I was standing still and the running animation carried on playing which looked a little odd. I liked the use of the question and exclamation marks above the player to indicate where the falling fire balls will land, I also like the use of the timer and the collectables as they give the player in incentive to keep moving and playing the game as they would want to beat their high score.

There are a few changes I would make to the game, these include, changing the background as it is blurry, most of the writing in the game doesn't follow the same font pattern so using a pixel font would make it all work together and I feel that the colliders on the player and the platforms are too big so changing them to make easier movement would be fantastic.

Positive  

I like how game play is quite simple to understand. When I play, I see 3 unusual ways to make player game over as hit the red ball, touching the yellow floor, and stand in the black mist I like how to add black mist moving approach player every time pass it make as long as player survives, the harder the game becomes. 

Negative 

When I player collect the fossil, they do not get anything, that is why players see fossil they did not go to collect it. You can add a score system to your game like how long you survive you get more score or get some score after collecting the fossil. It gives players reason to survival or collect fossils. The last problem I see is platform, platform in this game some of them is too far and sometimes I did not see any platform to go next, I need to drop out of the planform to random it has any platform under it. 

Overall 

I think you can zoom out the main camera to make the player see more platform in the map or make the platform gap between platforms smaller. Finally, I am very enjoying your game and good luck with your submit.
