I like the artstyle of this game alot. There is alot of detail used considering the low-poly artstyle. I like the use of collectibles however I feel like there should be some kind of prompt to inform the player that they can collect it. I like the use of music, it suits the visuals and gameplay well. There are some clipping issues with the camera which benefit from being moved back further or using a wider FOV. Nice game!
I really like the art style and level design, the collectables were very visible, however i didn't know i had to collect them, so maybe a prompt would help. the camera clipping is rather distracting and can be solved by moving it backwards and changing its size.
the music was great, and initially rather calm, however halfway through 2 different songs started playing at once and it was quite confusing.
The detail in the environment was great, as well as the buildings and ruins scattered around, very well made
I enjoyed the game and thought the music choice for the game was very nice and calm. I like how the collectables were easy to find and very obvisous compared to the environemnt around it. I like the design of the game and how it was layed out.
The cons of the game was that I personally didnt like the idea of seeing thorugh the buildings as it helped me find the last piece which was alittle disappointed.
One problem i had was when i picked up the first collectable up i started to hear music that was completely different to the music that was already playing, this music was more of a battle theme.
Other than these two cons, i really enjoyed the isometric game for its simplistity and colour range.
This is a good start to an isometric game, the controls are simple and easy to use. I like the style of the game, the low poly looks well with the isometric view, although I did have trouble finding my way through some parts of the level and if it wasn't for the camera angle going through the buildings, I wouldn't have found my way through the level as some ways like the entrance to the castle was hidden behind the church, however, this did make finding the collectables more fun. I was not to sure what I was collecting as I don't know what the object is and it wasn't until I ran into one I knew they were the collectables so I would say change the style of the collectables to make them more clear that they are the collectables. Overall, I believe this game look pretty good, the low poly style fits really well and to make this on Magicavoxel, gives it a nice interesting look I haven't seen before.
